    Arbeidskaart.be is an immigration agency specialized in labor and business migration and offers information and services regarding work permits in Belgium. It is intended to help companies understand the requirements and application process for obtaining a (combined) work permit.


    Word arbeidskaart means the work permit in Dutch.

  • How can I make an appointment?

    We offer both online and in-person consultations. To make an appointment, please place your order via our website. Once your payment is completed, you will receive a link to select the date and time of your consultation.


    Your consultation may be free of charge if you purchase a Work Permit Support service afterwards.


    Please note that consultations cannot be scheduled by phone.

  • How long does it take to obtain a work permit (combined) or the European Blue Card in Belgium? (UPDATE in 2023)

    This depends on the workload of the authorities and the time of year, but in general you can expect 10 to 12 weeks after the file has been sent.


    Please note: Our experience based on several files is that the average processing time for a work permit application has increased in 2023 and takes between 12 and 16 weeks.
